USAF: Operation Sentinel, the latest military app game is making waves since it hit the Android platform last week and now recently released for Kindle download.

“We’ve had pretty good reception of the game on Android”, says spokesperson for Vision-Strike-Ware.com“We’ve got one player who loved the game so much, he completed all of the missions that included training and earned himself the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He’s also the game’s current top learner and PvP (Player vs. Player) player.”

With the recent released of the Kindle version (http://usaf-operation-sentinel.com/support/download/) of the game on Amazon today, the company expects pretty good reception to the game on this platform as well. Most military games you see nowadays are violent and show graphic gore in it. In working with the United States Air Force, Vision-Strike-Ware wanted to make a game that is more about strategic thinking, planning and saving lives. USAF: Operation Sentinel (http://usaf-operation-sentinel.com) is all about that.

The storyline centers around a fairly large asteroid named Nemesis set to make impact with the planet earth within 3 days (of you signing up for the game). Pre-impact missions begin as soon as you create and name your Airman. Command personnel guide you through your missions, equipment training and acquisition and even let’s you play against other players in flight training scenarios. You can even invite your friends to join you in completing missions as a team. The game is FREE to download and has the option to purchase additional fortune and valor.

Look for the game to become available on iTunes, Nook and Facebook in the coming weeks. “Those platforms take a bit longer to approve, but we anticipate the green light soon”, says a spokesperson from Vision-Strike-Ware.
